How the desk works

Reviews lean on public filings, regulator registers, pricing pages, and hands-on checks where we can run them. Spreads, withdrawals, licenses, and platform friction sit on the same scorecard so two brokers can be compared without swapping the rules halfway through.

Who sits here

Researchers, editors, and traders who have had to pick a broker with their own money. That bias is toward clarity: regulation, all-in cost, and whether you can actually get funds out — not the largest banner on the page.
